Facoceri in Giardino





Qui siamo al Gunn's Camp sul delta dell'Okawango
e credo che queste immagini,nella loro semplicità,
rendano l'idea di come si vive in questi luoghi.
Gli animali sono dappertutto,non si curano di noi,
fanno quello che a loro pare normale,tipo brucare
l'erba del giardino e bere in piscina:c'è posto per
tutti,basta adattarsi e non spaventarsi.
Per un europeo il Facocero ricorda molto il Cinghiale,
ma in realtà è un animale mite e tranquillo,per nulla
pericoloso(basta lasciarlo brucare quello che c'è da brucare).

We are at Gunn's Camp in the Okawango Delta.
Few pictures taken very close,to give the idea
of what's life here.Animals are everywhere,they
don't care about us,they do what they like.As eat
the grass in the garden and drink water from the
waterpool.The important is not to be scared:the place
is big enought for all.For a European the Warthog is
very similar to a Wild Boar,but on the contrary It's
a very quiet and not aggressive animal.
The important is to understand It only wants to eat
the grass and don't begin to cry or something like...

il facocero è un animale inquietante e allo stesso tempo simpatico... strana personalità. Vederlo in un giardino fa un certo effetto!!!
