più belle sono state scattate lì.
E'una piccola piazzola non recintata.

SPRINGBOK

Antidorcas marsupialis

Un vero simbolo del Sudafrica.
Chi ama il Rugby sa che la nazionale
sudafricana ha il nome di Springboks,
come Wallabies per l'Australia e così via.
Comune,veloce ed elegante,capace di salti
incredibili.Nel Kalahari lo si può vedere in
grandi branchi.
---A real Southafrican symbol.Who loves Rugby
knows the southafrican national team is named
Springboks,like the Wallabies for Australia and
so on.
It's common,very fast and elegant,you can
see it making incredible jumps.
In Kalahari you can see it in very large herds.

in Botswana,insieme alle sue leonesse.

Una visitatrice notturna - A night visitor

Credo che non ci sia da scrivere alcun commento.
Il modo di fare era comunque estremamente tranquillo.
Pareva solo curiosa.
Mi spiace per la scarsa qualità,ma le foto notturne
non sono facili.

A Leopard in Polentswa

Pochi chilometri a nord di Polentswa,in Botswana.
Al suo primo apparire era così vicino che la prima
foto riguardò solo una bellissima pelliccia.
Poi si arrampicò su un albero e resto lì a lasciarsi
riprendere.Molto tranquillo e bellissimo.
---Few Kilometres north to Polentswa,in Botswana.
At the first he was so close that I took a nice "fur picture".
Then he jumped on a tree and there he allowed us to take pictures
and movies.Very quiet and beautiful.

Un Ghepardo - A Cheetah

Una mattina prendemmo la pista che da Polentswa in Botswana
porta a Union's End,al confine con la Namibia.
Partimmo dicendoci:"Oggi vogliamo incontrare un Ghepardo".
Dopo 3 km Lui ci venne incontro lungo la strada,saltò di lato,
ci passò accanto senza degnarci di uno sguardo.
Si fermò a guardare lontano.
Poi si mise a correre.Senza motivo.Non velocissimo.
Ma pareva volare.Pareva che non toccasse terra.
Scomparve presto dietro una duna.
---One morning we took the way from Polentswa in Botswana
to Union's End on the border with Namibia.
We left the camp saying:"Today we want to see a Cheetah".
3 Km later He came to our way,made a jump on the other side of the
road.He passed nearby us without a look.
He stopped a while,then began to run without a reason.
He seemed to fly on the ground.
Soon disappeared behind a dune.
